Refund & cancellation policy

Free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged afterwards unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by writing to us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: fees for the current month are not refunded on cancellation.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, we refund the unused months, less the months you have used at the monthly price.
• Billing errors: if we charged you incorrectly, we refund the difference in full.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

After cancellation

Access is paused at the end of the paid period. You can request an export of your data for a limited period afterwards.
