Questions
What happens when the free period ends?
We'll remind you before it ends. Subscribe to keep going; if you don't, access is paused but your data is kept — subscribe later and you pick up where you left off.
Do bigger plans have more features?
No. Every plan has every feature, including statutory returns, expenses, exits, branding, a custom domain and API access. Plans differ only by how many active employees you have.
What counts as an employee?
Active employees on your payroll. Employees who have exited don't count toward your plan limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When your team grows past your plan's limit, write to us and we'll move you up; the new limit applies straight away.
How do I pay?
We invoice in rupees with GST. Write to us when you're ready to subscribe and we'll set up billing for your company.
Can you help us move from our current payroll software?
Yes. We can help you set up salary structures and walk your team through the first payroll run. Biometric attendance and holiday lists import straight from Excel.
